This led to the formation of Real Talent Management in 2007, a multi-faceted boutique agency that offers clients a multi-pronged approach to talent bookings and event curation.    With a client list that includes brick and mortar establishments, open air festivals and high end private clients, Real Talent Management has expanded its reach to cities in NJ, NY, MA, FL, TX, CO, and OH.    The key to Real Talent’s success is rooted in two key areas. The first is relationships. For over 22 years, Binoy has cultivated strong relationships with the major and boutique private agencies across the Globe. This works hand in hand with the second area, good business ethics. Binoy’s ethos is centered on trust and longevity. Real Talent’s main initiative when working with a new client is to deploy a strategy for long term success.    Real Talent has worked with countless industry leading artists such as Tiesto, Carl Cox, DJ Snake, Steve Aoki, Armin Van Buuren, Kygo, ALOK, Eric Prydz, Vintage Culture and many other artists that anchor the DJ Mag Top 100 list. In recent months, Real Talent has expanded operations by hiring new team members which has led to the addition of accounts in several key major music markets. For 2022, Real Talent is on pace to surpass over 500 shows booked in the calendar year.
